The apartments, in the very hearth of South Beach, offer unobstructed view of the ocean. The sand is just across the street and Lummus Park large sidewalk offers an ideal space for running, bike riding or just a romantic walk at sunset along Miami Beach

Everything is within walking range: 

Española Way 5min , Lincoln Road 10min, Miami Beach Convention Center 15min. There are many small supermarkets on Washington Avenue for basic daily food shopping. 

Although each condo has its own private parking, you won't need a car unless you wish to drive outside Miami Beach. Taxi and Uber are cheap and available at any time and there's a $40 flat fee from/to the airport. A convenient bike sharing station is available just in front of the building.
