The Netherland R5F

Apartment R5F has been renovated during many years and we keep working on it (last but not least the wood flooring). It's a family or 2 couple apartment with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Guests can enjoy a greater privacy being on two different floors. We do know that getting some rest during your holiday is important: all bedrooms face the rear of the building so your sleep won't be bothered at all. 

The condo offers 2 bedrooms: the master has a king size bed, en-suite closet and bathroom. There's plenty of space to store your items. The second bedroom has  2 twin size beds, an additional foldable bed (upon request) and en-suite the bathroom. A basic provision of soap, shampoo & conditioner and toilet paper is available and will surely be enough for shorter stays.   

 There are plenty of restaurants on the area but if you prefer to cook by yourself a fully equipped kitchen is ready for you. My parents are Italian and I do know what a kitchen needs! Coffee, nespresso capsules and tea are on the house. Oil, sugar, salt & pepper, kitchen paper and house detergents are available for your us and will be enough for shorter stay.  

 Washer and dryer  are located in a closet beside the kitchen. Ironing board and iron are available in the master bedroom closet.  

 There's smart TV in the living room and full Wifi coverage. Amazon Prime TV is included and available for your use. You can use Netflix and other streaming platforms by accessing with your credentials.   A reliable 400Mbps Internet service allows to work remotely while watching the ocean. 

Covered parking in the building rear court is included. R5F parking space size: 17ft x 9ft (5m x 3m). Max. height is 79" (2m).
